natural fibres and as such are subject to natural
variation in size and colour.

"Sales Terms" means terms and conditions
related to goods purchased from the Site.
2. What you are allowed to do
2.1 purchase goods from this Site, provided you accept
the Sales Terms, which will apply to any contract
made between you and Hatti Trading Ltd for the purchase
and sale of goods from this Site.

are used only to facilitate current or subsequent

5. Usernames and Passwords
5.1 If you are accepted for a trade account, you
will be issued with a username and password, this
username will also be your account number and identification
5.2 You must keep your password confidential at all
times, and must not disclose the password or permit
anyone else to use your password. Any breach of any
of these terms by anyone to whom you disclose the
password will be treated as if the breach had been
committed by you, and will not relieve you of your
obligations under these terms and conditions;
5.3 In the event of any failure or error in the operation
of a password, you shall cease using the password
and exit the Site immediately, and notify Hatti Trading
Ltd of such failure or error.
6. Rights
6.1 All intellectual property rights in any material
(including text, photographs and other images and
sound, trade marks and logos) contained in this Site
is either owned by Hatti Trading Ltd or has been licensed
to Hatti Trading Ltd by the rights owner(s) so that
Hatti Trading Ltd can use this material as part of
its Site. You are only allowed to use this Site and
the material contained in the Site as set out in these
terms., or with prior written agreement from Hatti
Trading Ltd.

7.1 This Site also contains links to other third
party websites, which are not under the control of
and are not maintained by Hatti Trading Ltd. Any such
links do not constitute an endorsement by Hatti Trading
Ltd of any products or services available on such
Sites. Hatti Trading Ltd provides these links for
your convenience only and you use such links entirely
at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for
the content or use of such Sites or information contained
in them.
8. Suspension and termination of Site and web accounts
8.1 Hatti Trading Ltd may suspend the operation of
the Site for repair or maintenance work or in order
to update or upgrade the contents or functionality
of the Site from time to time. Access to or use of
the Site or any Sites or pages linked to it will not
necessarily be uninterrupted or error free;
8.2 Hatti Trading Ltd may terminate your web account
immediately in the event you breach any of these terms
and conditions or if you are late or do not pay any
sums due to Hatti Trading Ltd.

conditions from time to time and will endeavour to
notify you of any major changes by posting a message
on the Site. By browsing the Site you are accepting
that you are bound by the current terms and conditions.
Please review this policy each time you use the Site
as it is subject to change at any time by Hatti Trading
Ltd without notice to you;
10.2 These terms and conditions shall be governed
and interpreted in accordance with English law, and
you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
English courts in respect of any dispute arising therefrom.

from individual/retail consumers and Trade/Wholesale
customers, applicable as below:-

1. The Sales Terms
1.1 These Sales Terms govern the supply of any goods
you order via this Site. Please read through the Sales
Terms carefully. If you do not agree with the Sales
Terms, do not order any goods from this Site. If Hatti
Trading Ltd accepts any order for goods from you,
then its agreement with you will be made on these
Sales Terms.
1.2 Please note that Hatti Trading Ltd reserves the
right to amend the Sales Terms from time to time.
Hatti Trading Ltd will publish the amended Sales Terms
on the Site and any new versions of the Sales Terms
will come into effect as soon as Hatti Trading Ltd
publish them on the Site (with the exception that
any orders that Hatti Trading Ltd have already accepted
from you prior to any such change will be subject
to the Sales Terms in force at that point). If you
use the Site after Hatti Trading Ltd has published
the new Terms, your continued use of the Site indicates
that you agree to be bound by the new Sales Terms.
2. Availability of the goods supplied by the Site
2.1 Hatti Trading Ltd may terminate or suspend the
supply of any goods displayed on the Site in the event
of out of stocks, for support or maintenance work,
in order to update content or for any other reason.
Hatti Trading Ltd may do this at any time and without
notice.

3.1 Pricing policy
Hatti Trading Ltd may change the prices of the goods
displayed on the Site at any time. The prices for
all the goods available on the Site are clearly marked
in their description and are inclusive of VAT. All
applicable delivery charges are also displayed on
the Site at checkout. All prices are in Pounds Sterling.
3.2 Conclusion of Contract of Sale
The information relating to Hatti Trading Ltd’s
goods and relevant prices are displayed on the Site
for your information and to enable you decide whether
you would like to make us an offer to purchase any
such goods. Once you go to the order page of the Site,
clicking to purchase any of the goods and submitting
your order constitutes an offer made by you to us.
Acceptance of your offer only occurs once you receive
e-mail notification from us of our acceptance of your
order at which point there will be a binding contract
between you and us.
3.3 Method of payment
For orders placed via the retail e-shop, Hatti Trading
Ltd accepts Visa, Mastercard and bank Switch cards.
Hatti Trading Ltd does not accept Visa Electron, American
Express, Solo. When making your payment, it is imperative
that you provide the information that Hatti Trading
Ltd specify is required, for example, cardholder's
name as it is shown on the card and address exactly
as it appears on the card statement. Your card will
be debited at the time of order. Ownership or title
to the product shall not pass to you, the buyer, until
Hatti Trading Ltd has received payment in full.
Overseas customers -
Orders are always on a 'payment in advance' basis.
Payment needs to be made on a bankers draft or by
direct bank transfer and we will despatch the goods
as soon as the payment is received.
3.4 Title claim -
These goods remain the property of Hatti Trading Ltd
until such time as they are paid for in full. The
risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery
but the ownership of the goods shall remain with Hatti
Trading Ltd until full payment has been received from
the buyer. In the event of non-payment Hatti Trading
Ltd shall be entitled to re-possess the goods directly
from the premises of the buyer if necessary. In the
event of goods having been subject to re-sale, Hatti
Trading Ltd shall be entitled to the proceeds of the
re-sale in the hands of the buyer, liquidator, receiver
or trustee in the bankruptcy of the buyer.
3.5 Delivery
Delivery is by Royal Mail Registered post to any UK
mainland address. The charge covers packing, handling
and delivery. Orders are usually responded to within
24 hours, and are normally dispatched within 3 working
days. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Please
note all orders will incur a delivery charge. For
an additional charge, we can guarantee to deliver
to any UK mainland address within 2 working days from
confirmation of receipt of orders. A signature will
be required. We will provide confirmation of the order,
which shall be via email when the order is placed
by e-mail or on-line. If you would like your goods
delivered to a different address to your home address,
then please fill in the details in the appropriate
area on the online order form. Please note that we
can only accept one address per order. You will still
need to supply us with your own name and address.
Please note items may be dispatched in more than one
package, and will not necessarily arrive at the same
time. If there is no one to receive the package then
the carrier will leave a card informing you as to
where your order is being held. If you have not received
your goods within the above timeframe, please contact

3.6 Out of stocks
If any item you have chosen is unavailable, Hatti
Trading Ltd will contact you via phone or your email address and set out the options that are available
to you.
3.7 Return of goods policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases,
as do the producers who made them. Please let us know
if you are not entirely satisfied with our products
or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.
We try to ensure that the products are the same as
our original samples, although sometimes differences
do occur. Items are described and photographed as
accurately as possible, but please note that sizes,
colours and designs may vary. If you are not completely
satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it,
if possible in the original packaging (with your customer
advice note) within 14 days of the date of receipt
and we will refund your money or send you a replacement
- no questions asked. Please note we are only able
to replace identical products (requests for different
sizes acceptable), so if you wish to order additional
items it will be treated as a new order. The Hatti
Trading Ltd guarantee is in addition to your statutory

3.8 Cancellation Policy
Please note that you have a legal right to cancel
your order within 7 days of the date of receipt of
the goods (provided the goods are returned to us new
and in an unused condition in the original packaging
together with a copy of the receipt. By returning,
packing securely and enclosing the advice note and
sending it back to Hatti Trading Ltd , 61 Clifton
Street, Swindon, Wilts England, SN1 3PYE a refund
will be provided within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
4. Buying goods from this Site – Wholesale/Trade/Fair
Traders
Please note there is a minimum order value of £100
for wholesale/trade/fair trader customers. Prices
are subject to change without notice. Invoices will
be processed at prices current at time of despatch.

When making your payment by credit/debit card, it
is imperative that you provide the information that
Hatti Trading Ltd specify is required, for example,

Trading Ltd), or through BACS
For account customers, failure to settle within 30
days may result in future orders reverting to payment
in advance. All fees incurred by Hatti Trading Ltd
in relation to the recovery of overdue accounts will
be passed on to the customer. Hatti Trading Ltd reserves
the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at
a rate of 3% per month.

The standard delivery charge per order is £8.50
for UK mainland addresses. For addresses outside
UK mainland, price is available on application.
