1. Faulty Goods

We offer a 90 day no quibble policy for faulty goods. In the event that a bag becomes faulty please telephone the office on 01793 617 727 and we will send you a pre-paid envenlope in which to return the faulty bag to us.
You can elect to have a replacement or refund.

2. Unwanted Goods

If you decide you don’t like the product after all or it is not as expected, but is not faulty, simply return it to us within 14 days of purchase, enclosing a copy of your original invoice or receipt and we will refund you in full for the bag excl postage.

NOT CONSIDERED FAULTY

Please note that all the bags are individually handmade from natural materials and not mass produced, therefore, there can be slight variations in size and colour to the original picture, this is NOT considered a fault.

With regard to the natural buffalo bags, please note that due to the natural tanning methods and absence of chemicals and dyes, the leather is completely natural and will show the natural imperfections of the buffalo. If you do not like this, then please don’t buy one, it is not a fault.
